lydibug's Diaryland Diary

Trent and Mikey weren't there...

So.

Yeah.

Children tire me out.

2 year olds especially. Im exhausted having been around one for about an hour. Jeebus. Theyre draining. My bosses grandbaby. Yowzers. She had just woken up from a nap and was all charged and ready to go. Although shes precious, Im relieved shes gone.

Get a load of this:

It's from the latest Esquire. You either love her or you hate her, but I think she's cute in these cheesecake pics.

Do you ever lose something, and then imagine youre that thing you lost and youre just sitting there wherever you got left, staring up like Here I am! Find me! You lop. Cuz I do sometimes.

Kys mom said he was pining for me. How cute is that?

OH! Vegas! Riiiiight. Veeeegas.

It was good. It was awesome. It was hot and smokey and I made the most of it. I played the Price is Right slots and the Marilyn Monroe and James Dean slots. I drank free drinks and big gigantic Eiffel Tower drinks from the Paris, where we were staying. Our room was nice and the company was great. Jenny and Mike and Kim and Carmie. It was way cool. We went and saw Mistere, a Cirque de Soleil show, gambled a little, walked around a lot, got a free pizza from the drunkin stoner kids at NY, NY. Sirricos pizza is the shizznit yo. We spent quality time and walked around all the casinos: The MGM Grand, Paris, New York New York, Treasure Island, The Mirage, The Bellagio OH! And we watched that cool water show like they show in Oceans eleven. They played Luck Be a Lady by Frank Sinatra. It was really beautiful. My cousin insisted we get the pink headed matches from the Flamingo and we got free drinks at the Barbary Coast. All and all, it was a really good time. I stayed within my budget, and didnt even have to end up wearing a dress. Ky got too chubby for his dress blues. HA HA HA! Whew. Good one.

Anyway, its really too much to write about here, but just know I did the Vegas thing and had a great time. What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. (WINK!)

Speaking of which, I ran into this old teacher of mine in the airport on the way there. Shes lost almost 200 pounds and kept telling me about her Sugar Daddy who takes her to Vegas all the time. She reminded me that whatever happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and I laughed and told her I loved those commercials. Her response: BE THE COMMERCIAL.

Adam came over last night and we had a nice long talk over some ice cream and more 6 Feet Under. Ive got him addicted now too. We had every intention of watching Old School (HA HA NEKO) and Boondock Saints, but got stuck on the HBO series instead.

Meh.

Oh, this is tacky, but I just remembered, my friends services are this Saturday.

Sigh

Okay. Well. More later. Hopefully with pictures.

Missed ya!
